摘　　要：为筛选出适宜光伏钢架塑料大棚袋料栽培黑木耳品种,采用完全随机区组设计,以黑29为对照,对抗逆性强、产量高、品质优的黑木耳品种黑威9号、黑威10号和黑威15号进行了试种,并对各参试材料的菌丝生长速度、农艺性状、产量和经济效益进行了测定。结果表明,与黑29相比,参试黑木耳品种菌丝满袋时间、现耳芽时间和出耳时间提前1~7 d,黑威15号、黑威9号的菌丝增长速度分别增加0.12、0.01 mm/d,黑威15号、黑威10号、黑威9号耳片长度分别增加0.51、0.23、0.21 cm,宽度分别增加0.91、0.53、0.52 cm,厚度分别增加0.21、0.09、0.08 mm,单棒干耳重分别提高14.1%、4.8%、4.2%,纯收益分别增加24.7万、8.5万、7.4万元/hm^(2)。综合分析,黑威15号适宜甘肃省定西市通渭县光伏钢架塑料大棚袋料栽培。In order to screen out the varieties of Auricularia auricula(black fungus)which are suitable for bagged cultivation in steel-framed plastic greenhouses,a field experiment was conducted in a completely random design to study the mycelial growth rates,agronomic traits,yields,and economic benefits of four black fungus variety(Heiwei 9,Heiwei 10,Heiwei 15,and Hei 29 used as the control).The results showed that,compared to Hei 29,the mycelium full bag time,ear bud emergence time,and ear emergence time for the tested black fungus varieties were 1 to 7 days earlier.The mycelial growth rates for Heiwei 15 and Heiwei 9 were increased by 0.12 and 0.01 mm/d,respectively compared to that of the control.The ear lengths for Heiwei 15,Heiwei 10,and Heiwei 9 were increased by 0.51,0.23 and 0.21 cm,respectively,whereas the ear widths were increased by 0.91,0.53 and 0.52 cm,respectively when compared to that of the control.The ear thickness for the above three varieties were increased by 0.21,0.09 and 0.08 mm,respectively,whereas the dry ear weights of a single rod were increased by 14.1%,4.8%and 4.2%,respectively.The net income for the above three varieties was increased by 247,000,8,5000 and 7,4000 Yuan/ha,respectively.After a comprehensive analysis,Heiwei 15 is considered suitable for bagged cultivation in a steel-framed plastic greenhouses in Tongwei County,Dingxi,Gansu Province.
