摘 要:豌豆生产中面临连作障碍,严重影响其产量和品质,但其发生机理未被完全揭示。化感物质引发的自毒效应是连作障碍发生的重要原因之一,为了给进一步研究豌豆化感物质在豌豆连作障碍的作用提供参考。以不同基因型豌豆定豌10号、云豌8号为指示品种,对其苗期的根茎叶浸提液进行了气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析,以明确豌豆不同器官中化感物质的差异。结果表明,云豌8号不同器官中化合物种类均高于定豌10号。2种豌豆的地上部器官中化合物种类多于根系。不同器官中相对含量较高的化感物质种类存在差异。其中,抗氧化剂2246除定豌10号的叶片浸提液外,在2种豌豆的不同器官浸提液中均存在。此外,棕榈酸和芥酸酰胺在云豌8号的不同器官浸提液中均存在,肉桂酸仅在定豌10号茎浸提液中存在。综上,豌豆不同器官浸提液中均存在化感物质,但其种类因器官类型和豌豆基因型而异。Pea production is confronted with continuous cropping obstacle that seriously affects pea yield and quality,while the mechanism of its occurrence is not fully understood.The autotoxic effect induced by chemosensory substances is one of the most important reasons for the occurrence of continuous cropping obstacle.Therefore,the study of chemosensory substances in pea plants is of great importance to further understand the occurrence of continuous cropping obstacle in pea.In this study,root,stem and leaf extracts of different genotypes of field-grown peas at the seedling stage(Dingwan 10 and Yunwan 8)were aualyzed using GC-MS to clarify the differences of chemical susceptibility substances in different organs of peas.The results showed that the compound composition in different organs of Yunwan 8 were higher than those of Dingwan 10.Two pea cultivars had more compounds in above-ground organs than in the roots.There were differences in the types of chemosensory substances with a high relative content in different organs.Among them,antioxidant 2246 was present in different organ extracts of both genotypes except for leaf extracts of Dingwan 10.In addition,palmitic acid and erucic acid amide were present in different organ extracts of Yunwan 8.Cinnamic acid was present only in the stem extract of Dingwan 10.In conclusion,all different organ extracts of pea exist chemosensory substances,but their chemical compositions are varied with organ type and pea genotype.
