摘　　要：对保险粉反应与分解机理进行了描述,对引起保险粉“四合一”干燥器爆炸的反应与分解机理及发生原因进行了分析,对防止“四合一”爆炸所采取的措施进行了设计及控制方面的技术探讨,通过在异常情况下爆破片与多级自动压力泄放,并设计自动停止加热与自动开启冷却的方式,对“四合一”的生产进行控制,从而实现“四合一”生产本质安全。The reaction and decomposition mechanism of insurance powder was described,and the reaction and decomposition mechanism and causes of the explosion of the"four-in-one"dryer of sodium hydrosulfite were analyzed.Technical discussions were conducted on the design and control measures taken to prevent the"four-in-one"explosion.By controlling the production of"four in one"through the use of bursting discs and multi-level automatic pressure relief in abnormal situations,as well as designing automatic heating stop and cooling start modes,the intrinsic safety of"four in one"production can be achieved.
