摘　　要：针对现有舂药装置舂药效率低和筛药时易产生的筛孔堵塞问题,设计了一种自动舂药装置。由舂棒、舂筒、药品收集、驱动装置四部分组成。舂棒周向固定连接有多个错落排列的弹性刮片,使舂药时产生的药汁或粉末被刮片挡住。顶针与舂棒通过连接架连接,顶针能够插入到舂筒底部的筛孔内,及时对筛孔进行疏通。该舂药装置自动化程度高,操作方便,性能可靠,具有一定的实用意义和推广价值。An automatic ramming device was designed to solve the problem of low efficiency of ramming and easy blockage of sieve hole during sifting.It consists of four parts:ramming rod,ramming cylinder,medicine collection and driving device.The rod is fixedly connected with a number of elastic squeezes arranged at random,so that the juice or powder produced during the ramming is blocked by the squeezes.The thimble and the rod are connected through the connecting frame,and the thimble can be inserted into the sieve hole at the bottom of the drum to dredge the sieve hole in time.The device has high automation degree,easy operation and reliable performance,and has certain practical significance and popularization value.
