摘  要:本文用乙二胺、环己二胺和邻苯二胺与水杨醛制作了3种不同类型Mn(III)Salen催化剂,选择CH2Cl2有机溶剂和BmimPF6与CH2Cl2组成的混合溶剂2种离子液体,探究了离子液体中不同类型Mn(III)Salen催化剂对苯乙烯环氧化反应的影响效果。结果表明,使用乙二胺和水杨醛制作的Mn(III)Salen催化剂时,苯乙烯的转化率最高,达到了98.8%;选择混合溶剂作为离子液体时,苯乙烯的转化率以及环氧化物的产率相对较高;温度对苯乙烯环氧化反应的转化率有影响,当温度为300K时反应速率较快。综上,将反应温度设定为300K,使用由BmimPF6与CH2Cl2组成的混合溶剂作为离子液体,选择乙二胺和水杨醛制作的Mn(III)Salen催化剂,可以使苯乙烯环氧化物产率最高。Three different types of Mn(III)Salen catalysts were prepared using ethylenediamine,cyclohexanediamine,and o-phenylenediamine with salicylaldehyde.Two types of ionic liquids,CH2Cl2 organic solvent and a mixture of BmimPF6 and CH2Cl2,were selected to investigate the effects of different types of Mn(III)Salen catalysts on the epoxidation reaction of styrene in the ionic liquids.The results showed that when using Mn(III)Salen catalyst made of ethylenediamine and salicylaldehyde,the conversion rate of styrene was the highest,reaching 98.8%.When choosing a mixed solvent as an ionic liquid,the conversion rate of styrene and the yield of epoxides are relatively high.Temperature has an impact on the conversion rate of styrene epoxidation reaction,and the reaction rate is faster at a temperature of 300K.In summary,setting the reaction temperature to 300K,using a mixed solvent composed of BmimPF6 and CH2Cl2 as an ionic liquid,and selecting Mn(III)Salen catalyst made of ethylenediamine and salicylaldehyde,can achieve the highest yield of styrene epoxide.
