摘 要:以呼伦贝尔非地带性荒漠草原为研究区,分析了不同放牧潜力下植物-土壤生态化学计量变化特征及其耦合关系。结果表明:(1)土壤全磷、植物地上部分磷、氮含量以及植物地下部分氮含量随着放牧潜力的降低而显著增加,土壤碳磷比、氮磷比、植物地上部分碳氮比、碳磷比以及植物地下部分碳氮比变化趋势相反。(2)在高放牧潜力下,植物-土壤生态化学计量之间显著关系数量最少;在中放牧潜力下,植物-土壤生态化学计量特征之间显著关系数量最多;低放牧潜力下的植物生态化学计量特征仅与土壤有机碳及碳氮比的相关关系显著。综上,呼伦贝尔非地带性荒漠草原在中放牧潜力下,植物-土壤生态化学计量特征耦合关系相比于其他阶段最为显著;植物及土壤中的氮、磷元素含量在所有生态化学计量特征中最为关键,尤其是植物根系与土壤生态化学计量特征具有较强的协变关系。This study aimed to investigate the ecological stoichiometry characteristics of plant-soil interactions and their coupling under different grazing potentials in the non-zonal desert steppe of Hulun Buir.The results showed that:(1)As grazing potential decreased,soil total phosphorus phosphorus content and nitrogen content increased significantly in above-ground and below-ground plant parts.Conversely,soil carbon phosphorus ratio and nitrogen phosphorus ratio,as well as the carbon nitrogen ratio and carbon phosphorus ratio in above-ground plant parts,along with the carbon nitrogen ratio in below-ground plant parts,exhibited opposite trends.(2)The highest number of significant plant-soil ecological stoichiometry relationships was observed at moderate grazing potential,with the least significant relationships at high grazing potential.In contrast,at the low grazing potential,plant ecological stoichiometry characteristics were only significantly correlated with soil organic carbon content and carbon nitrogen ratio.This study highlighted that the coupling of plant-soil ecological stoichiometry in the non-zonal desert steppe of Hulunbuir was the most pronounced at the moderate grazing potential compared to other levels.Additionally,nitrogen and phosphorus content in both plants and soils were critical elements in these ecological stoichiometry features,particularly the strong covariance observed between plant roots and soil ecological stoichiometry characteristics.
