摘 要:为研究环境风对室外变压器火灾发展过程的影响,开展不同风速下变压器油池火燃烧特性实验,分析火焰结构、质量损失速率和燃料层温度等特征参数的变化规律。研究结果表明:变压器油池火火焰结构随风速改变发生变化,当环境风速较大时,火焰会出现断裂脱离现象;环境风作用下,油池火质量损失速率具有3类转折点,同时临界风速与浮力诱导速度之间存在线性关系;变压器油池火燃料层自上而下可分为沸腾层和温度梯度层,沸腾层温度约为330℃,沸腾层厚度与环境风速相关性较为显著,与油池直径相关性不显著。研究结果可为变压器火灾防控及消防策略制定提供参考。In order to study the influence of environmental wind on the development process of outdoor transformer fires,the experiments on the combustion characteristics of transformer oil pool fire under different wind speeds were conducted,and the characteristic parameters such as flame structure,mass loss rate and fuel layer temperature were analyzed.The results show that the flame structure of transformer oil pool fire changes with the change of wind speed.When the environmental wind speed is high,the flame will break and detach.Under the influence of environmental wind,the mass loss rate of oil pool fire has three types of turning points,and the linear relationship between critical wind speed and buoyancy induced velocity is explained based on the Froude number.The fuel layer of transformer oil pool fire can be divided into boiling layer and temperature gradient layer from top to bottom.The temperature of boiling layer is about 330℃,and the thickness of boiling layer is significantly correlated with the environmental wind speed,but not significantly with the diameter of oil pool.The research results can provide reference for the prevention and control of transformer fire and the formulation of fire protection strategies.
