摘 要:为提高防毒面具检测系统试验舱对防毒面具整体防护性能的检测效果,采用Fluent软件对二氧化硫(SO_(2))气体在试验舱内的扩散情况和运动规律进行模拟分析,探究进气孔高度、净化装置位置等因素对SO_(2)在试验舱内部空间扩散的影响,并通过SO_(2)试验验证Fluent模拟结果。研究结果表明:试验舱的进气孔位置对SO_(2)的扩散影响较大,排气孔的尾气净化装置的阻力对SO_(2)扩散均匀的时间影响较大;SO_(2)试验验证结果与模拟结果吻合度高,表明所研究的试验舱可有效用于防毒面具整体防护性能的检测。研究结果可为防毒面具整体防护性能检测系统试验舱的结构优化和防毒面具的检测提供参考与借鉴。In order to improve the testing effect of the test chamber for gas mask testing system on the overall protection performance of gas mask,the Fluent software was used to simulate and analyze the diffusion and movement of sulfur dioxide(SO_(2))gas in the test chamber.The influence of intake height,purification device and other factors on the diffusion of SO_(2)in the internal space of test chamber was explored,and the Fluent simulation results were verified by SO_(2)test.The results show that the location of intake port in the test chamber has significant impact on the diffusion of SO_(2).Additionally,the resistance of the exhaust gas purification device at the exhaust port has a notable effect on the time required for uniform diffusion of SO_(2).The SO_(2)test results are in good agreement with the simulation results,indicating that the test chamber can be effectively used for the detection of the overall protection performance of gas mask.The research results can provide reference for the structural optimization of the test chamber for overall protection performance testing system of gas masks and the testing of gas masks.
