摘 要:迷宫油箱是一种以促进污染物分离为目标的新型小型化液压油箱,针对其颗粒污染物分离区结构参数与分离效率关联规律不明的问题,首先,建立油液中颗粒污染物运动学模型,得到颗粒污染物在流场中的沉积与流场涡识别Q准则的联系;其次,采用CFD仿真方法,研究涡旋分离区结构参数对颗粒去除率和流场特性的影响规律,并基于正交试验法得到优选结构;最终,采用流场可视化试验验证仿真结果正确性。结果表明,颗粒污染物易聚集在流场中涡量较小的位置,即Q准则涡结构定义外侧,优选结构对直径为500μm的金属和非金属颗粒的分离效率分别提升了16%和89%。研究成果可为液压油箱轻量化小型化设计与优化提供理论和方法指导。To promote the contamination separation in the hydraulic fluid,the Miniaturized Labyrinth Hydraulic Reservoir(MLR)was proposed.Aiming at the relationship between the structural parameters of the Vortex Separation Zone in the MLR and the separation efficiency is not clear,firstly,the kinematic model of particle contaminations in oil is established,and the link between the particle deposition conditions and Q criterion in the flow field is obtained.Then,based on the CFD method,the influence of structural parameters on the contamination separation and the flow field characteristics are studied,and the optimized structure is obtained through the orthogonal experiment method.Finally,the visualization experiment is used to verify the simulation results.The results show that particle contaminations tend to accumulate in the small-vorticity position,which is also the outer position of the Q vortex structure.The optimized structure improves the separation efficiency of metal and non-metal particles with 500μm diameters by 16%and 89%.The results can provide theoretical and methodological guidance for the lightweight and miniaturization design and optimization of hydraulic reservoirs.
