摘  要:针对液压挖掘机动臂系统举升时峰值功率大、下降时重力势能转换为热能浪费等情况,提出直驱泵控三腔液压缸动臂节能系统。该系统采用柱塞缸与活塞缸结合形成的三腔液压缸,通过伺服电机驱动定量泵控制A,B腔,C腔与蓄能器相接进行存储释放势能,并对蓄能器不同初始压力下对系统能耗进行分析。同时增设逆变器、电容等对马达工况回馈的能量进行电气式能量回收。MATLAB/Simulink建立直驱泵控三腔液压缸节能系统模型。在仅动臂升降工况下进行仿真,结果表明,相比直驱泵控差动缸,提出的节能系统可降低峰值功率36.64%和节能40.24%,实现高效的势能回收,取得良好的节能效果,同时系统运行速度最大误差减小了23%,进一步提高了系统运行平稳性。Aiming at reducing the high peak power of hydraulic excavator boom system during lifting and the waste of gravity potential energy converted into heat energy during lowering,an energy-saving system using direct-driven pump-controlled three-chamber cylinder for the boom was proposed.The system adopts a three-chamber cylinder designed by the combination of plunger cylinder and piston cylinder.Two fixed displacement pumps are driven by a servo motor to control the flow into and out of chambers A and B.Chamber C is connected to a hydraulic accumulator to store and release part of the potential energy.The system energy consumption was analyzed under different pre-charged pressures of the accumulator.At the same time,inverter and super capacitor are added to recover the energy feedback from the motor under generating conditions.In MATLAB/Simulink,the system model of the proposed pump-controlled three-chamber cylinder was built.Simulations were performed under boom lifting and lowering conditions.The results show that,compared with the direct-driven pump-controlled differential cylinder,the proposed energy-saving system can reduce the peak power by 36.64%and the consumed energy by 40.24%.Simultaneously,the maximum error of the system operating speed is reduced by 23%,which further improves the smooth operation of the system.
