摘 要:针对目前飞机客舱空调采用恒值信号送风对引气污染物排出舱外效果不理想的问题,提出了一种飞机客舱三角波信号送风方式。建立了Boeing 737客舱仿真模型,并验证了客舱模型的可靠性。以NO2作为引气污染物,模拟了客舱空调采用三角波信号送风和恒值信号送风时不同时刻的湍流强度,使用无量纲标准化污染物浓度来评估不同工况下的排污能力,并结合由吹风感引起的乘客不满意率DR,得出最佳的送风工况。结果表明:三角波信号送风降低了客舱内NO2质量分数,混合送风方式下排污效率最高。Aiming at the problem that the constant signal air supply used in aircraft cabin air conditioning is not ideal for the exhaust of airborne pollutants outside the cabin,a type of triangular wave signal air supply method air conditioning is proposed.Establish a Boeing 737 cabin simulation model and verify the reliability of the cabin model.With NO,as air entrainment pollutant,the turbulence intensity at different times when cabin air conditioning uses triangular wave signal air supply and constant value signal air supply are simulated.Use dimensionless standardized pollutant concentration to evaluate the pollutant discharge capacity under different conditions,and combine it with the passenger dissatisfaction rate DR caused by blowing sensation to obtain the optimal air supply condition.The results indicate that the triangular wave signal air supply reduces the NO2 mass fraction in the cabin and the mixed air supply mode has the highest contaminant removal efficiency.
