摘　　要：党的力量来自组织,严密的组织体系是推进组织工作的关键支撑,是推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业的坚强保证。严密党的组织体系呈现“律”,是一百多年来探索组织工作规律、落实党的政治路线的演进历程;严密党的组织体系表现为“体”,是健全组织工作制度、完善党的领导体制的衡量标准;严密党的组织体系展现为“用”,是激发组织工作效能、实现党的奋斗目标的实践路径。要把严密党的组织体系放在党的新的伟大事业和党的建设新的伟大工程中统筹谋划、一体推进,确保贯通有力、提质增效,建成世界上最强大的政党,更好地引领保障以中国式现代化实现中华民族伟大复兴。The Party’s strength comes from the organization,and a strict organizational system is the key support for promoting organizational work and a strong guarantee for promoting the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation.Tightening the Party’s organizational system appears as“law”,which is the evolution process of exploring the rules of organizational work and implementing the Party’s political line for more than 100 years.Tightening the Party’s organizational system is manifested as“body”,which is the measure to improve the organizational work system and the Party leadership system.Tightening the Party’s organizational system is displayed as“use”,which is a practical path to stimulate the efficiency of organizational work and achieve the Party’s goal.It is necessary to put the strict Party’s organizational system into the new great cause of the Party and the new great project of Party building,ensure coherence and strength,improve quality and efficiency,build the most powerful political party in the world,and better lead and guarantee the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese modernization.
