摘  要:目的:上海轨道交通部分采用CBTC(基于通信的列车控制)系统的线路正陆续进入大修更新改造期,需针对既有CBTC系统存在的设计短板和不足,结合当前信号系统的主流发展趋势,有针对性地提出适用于CBTC信号系统大修更新改造技术方案。方法:分析了CBTC信号系统大修更新改造的必要性,从提升车地通信质量、提升线路折返能力和提升线路自动化程度三方面提出了既有线CBTC系统大修更新改造技术方案,从地面设备新旧过渡方案和车载设备新旧过渡方案两方面提出了CBTC系统大修更新改造过程中新旧系统的过渡共存方案。结果及结论:采用一定的新设备、新技术,通过系统级的“大换血”突破原有的技术瓶颈,选择与线路运能需求相匹配、服务水平与设备状况相匹配的信号系统新制式。制定科学合理的新旧系统倒接方案,既能确保日间运营与夜间调试能够同步开展,又能最终实现旧系统向新系统安全过渡。Objective:Some of the Shanghai metro lines that use the CBTC(communication-based train control)system are gradually entering their major overhaul and upgrade phase.In order to address the existing design flaws and shortages in the current CBTC system,it is necessary to propose a targeted technical plan for the major overhaul and upgrade of the CTBC signal system,incorporating the mainstream development trends of the current signal systems.Method:The necessity of major overhaul and renovation of the CBTC signaling system is analyzed.Technical solutions for the major overhaul and renovation of the existing line CBTC system are proposed from three aspects:improving the quality of vehicle-ground communication,enhancing line turn-back capacity,and improving the automation degree of the line.Transition coexistence plans for the old and new systems in the process of the major overhaul and update of the CBTC system are proposed from two aspects:the transition plan of old and new ground equipment and the transition plan of old and new onboard equipment.Result&Conclusion:By adopting certain new equipment and technologies,and breaking through the existing technical bottlenecks with a system-level′major overhaul′,a new signal system format matching the line capacity needs,service level,and equipment condition is selected.Developing a scientific and reasonable plan for switching between old and new systems ensures synchronous operation during both day and night debugging.This ultimately achieves a safe transition from the old system to the new system.
