摘 要:目的:轨旁设备结构复杂,且很多养护维修项目具有隐蔽性,对检修人员的专业技能要求较高。为实现轨旁设备的可视化培训,开发了轨旁设备智能培训系统。方法:轨旁设备智能培训系统采用BIM(建筑信息模型)+AR(增强现实)技术,实现对轨旁设备及其隐蔽性养护维修项目的可视化处理;采用Revit软件建立轨旁设备三维模型,并基于Unity平台建立转辙机内部隐蔽性养护维修项目的信息模型;采用移动AR技术发布移动终端APP(应用程序),实现电路故障、线路电压及电流走向等隐蔽性养护维修项目检测的可视化展示。结果与结论:轨旁设备智能培训系统基于BIM+AR技术,解决了复杂设备及其内部隐蔽结构的可视化展示问题,可提高培训效果,可对轨旁设备的养护维修提供有效的作业指导。Objective:Trackside equipment structures are complex,and many maintenance and repair projects are covert,requiring high professional skills from maintenance personnel.To achieve visual training of trackside equipment,a smart training system for trackside equipment is developed.Method:The trackside equipment intelligent training system uses BIM(building information modeling)+AR(augmented reality)technology to achieve visual processing of trackside equipment and its covert maintenance and repair projects;the Revit software is used to establish a 3D model of the trackside equipment,and the information model of the covert maintenance and repair projects inside the turnout machine is established based on the Unity platform;the mobile AR technology is adopted to release a mobile APP,to achieve visual display of covert maintenance and repair projects such as circuit faults,the direction of line voltage and current,etc.Result&Conclusion:The trackside equipment intelligent training system based on BIMAR(BIM+AR)technology solves the problem of visual display of complex equipment and its covert inner structure,and can improve the training effect,provide effective job guidance for the maintenance and repair of trackside equipment.
