摘  要:目的:为了保障市域铁路运营安全,减少电务车载设备运维工作量,需研究适用于市域铁路电务车载设备运维管理的解决方案。方法:分析了国铁与市域铁路在电务车载设备运维管理方面的差异,介绍了市域铁路电务车载设备运维平台的整体架构、功能模块,以及车载层设计和地面中心设计。结果及结论:市域铁路电务车载设备运维平台的规划设计借鉴了国铁在动车组车载设备运用维护方面的技术积累和管理经验,并结合了市域铁路动车组电务车载设备特点,是能够满足市域铁路动车组正线运行监测、运行控制中心调度指挥、车辆基地检修作业等各种场景需求的整体解决方案。Objective:In order to ensure the safe operation of city railway and reduce the workload of maintenance for on-board electrical equipment,it is necessary to find a solution for managing the maintenance of on-board electrical equipment for city railways.Method:The differences between China National Railways and city railways in the management of on-board electrical equipment maintenance are analyzed,and the overall architecture,functional modules,on-board design and ground center design of the maintenance platform for city railway on-board electrical equipment are introduced.Result&Conclusion:The planning and design of the maintenance platform for on-board electrical equipment for urban railways drew on China Railway's technical accumulation and management experience in the application and maintenance of on-board equipment for high-speed trains,and combined with the characteristics of on-board electrical equipment for city railway high-speed trains.It is an overall solution that can meet the needs of various scenarios such as monitoring the operation of high-speed trains on the main line of city railways,dispatching control by the operation control center,and maintenance operations at the vehicle base.
