摘　　要：目的探究综合康复干预对老年慢性心力衰竭射血分数保留患者心力衰竭进展、心肺功能的影响。方法以随机数字表法将60例患者为A、B组,每组30例。2021年6月至2022年6月入院后分别接受常规干预及综合康复干预,随访6个月后对心肺功能、健康状态、步行试验米数及心功能分级情况进行对比。结果B组心肺功能指标水平、超声心动图参数水平、健康状态总评分、步行试验米数、心功能评级改善情况均明显优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复干预措施应用到慢性心力衰竭射血分数保留老年患者中不仅有助于控制心力衰竭进展,同时亦可以改善机体健康状态,影响心肺功能恢复,改善患者预后,值得被临床进一步深入研究及推广运用。Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive rehabilitation interventions on the progression of heart failure and cardiopulmonary function in elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)and preserved ejection fraction(EF).Methods Elderly CHF patients with preserved EF were randomly divided into group A and B,with 30 cases per group.From June 2021 to June 2022,they received routine nursing and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention after admission.After 6 months of follow-up,the cardiopulmonary function,health status,6-min walking distance(6MWD)and cardiac function classification were compared.Results Cardiopulmonary function indexes,echocardiography parameters,total scores of health status,6MWD and improvement in cardiac function were significantly superior in group B than those of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive rehabilitation interventions contribute to control the progression of HF,improve health statue,and favor the recovery of cardiopulmonary function in elderly CHF patients with preserved EF,which are especially beneficial to the prognosis.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
