摘　　要：阐述了喷射耐火材料的物料及装备,介绍了对热工设备构筑新内衬和对局部损坏部位喷补的施工方法,特别是湿式喷射法及火焰喷补法所用物料的性能、作业性的控制,喷后的实际使用效果优于其他方法,而且无粉尘,保护环境。This paper elaborates on gunning refractories and gunning equipment,introduces the construction methods for building new linings for thermal equipment and repairing its damaged parts,especially for wet-type gunning method and flame gunning method,which feature better performance,operational control and the actual service effect of used refractories compared with other methods,as well as environment-friendly due to no dust emission.
