摘　　要：因回转窑窑头轮带径向裂纹15 cm,裂纹深度最大7 cm,所以轮带需进行整体更换。针对现场实际情况制定了合理的筒体支撑与吊装方案,轮带更换后筒体同轴度找正、焊缝探伤、轮带间隙调整都在允许误差范尾内,安全高效地完成了轮带与垫板的更换工作。Because the radial crack of the rotary kiln head wheel belt is 15 cm and the maximum crack depth is 7 cm,the wheel belt should be replaced as a whole.According to the actual situation on the spot,the reasonable supporting and hoisting scheme of the cylinder body is made,and the alignment of the coaxial degree of the cylinder body,the flaw detection of the welding seam and the gap adjustment of the wheel belt are all within the allowable error range after the wheel belt is replaced,the wheel belt and the cushion plate are replaced safely and efficiently.
