摘 要:为研究鼓槌石斛花在温度胁迫应答方面的基因表达差异,对其在低温和高温胁迫下进行Illumina技术转录组测序.结果表明,组装获得321734个单基因,其中141464个基因在Nr,COG等4个数据库中获得注释.低温和高温胁迫分别识别了3830,10430个应答基因.在应答基因中,发现多个CBL,CBF和热激蛋白等基因成员.鼓槌石斛花低温胁迫应答可能与“损伤应答”“细胞外区”“血红素结合”等多个过程有关;高温胁迫应答可能与“缺水应答”“核”“ATP结合”等多个过程有关.这些差异基因为解析鼓槌石斛非生物胁迫应答机制提供帮助.To understand the information of differentially expressed genes under temperature stress in Dendrobium chrysotoxum flower.The transcriptome of flower under low temperature stress and high temperature stress were sequenced by Illumina sequencing technology.The results showed that there were 321734 unigenes obtained,among which 141464 unigenes were annotated by four databases.There were 3830 and 10430 responsive genes in low temperature stress and high temperature stress in D.chrysotoxum.Among the regulated genes were members of the CBL,CBF,heat shock protein and so on.On the basis that result of gene regulation pathways,the low temperature stress responsive genes was correlated with response to wounding,extracellular region and heme binding.The high temperature stress responsive genes was correlated with response to water deprivation,nucleus and ATP binding in D.chrysotoxum.Differences in gene expression may contribute to the observed mechanism of abiotic stress responsive in D.chrysotoxum.
