摘  要:采用临时装片法、常规石蜡制片法对毛酸浆营养器官及宿存萼的解剖结构进行研究.结果表明,毛酸浆根为二原型,次生根木质部导管发达;茎表面具沟槽,被腺毛、非腺毛,髓部发达;叶为典型的异面叶,表皮有大量表皮毛,气孔为不等式,少数为不定式,叶肉组织分化明显,在海绵组织中有结晶分布;叶柄横切面近似圆形,近轴面有沟槽存在;宿存萼中组织分化不明显,细胞组织间隙大.The anatomical structure of the vegetative organs and persistent calyx of Physalis pubescens was studied using temporary slide method and conventional paraffin sectioning method.The results showed that the root of Physalis pubescens was diarch,the xylem of secondary root was well developed,the surface of stem was grooved,with glandular and non-glandular hairs,and the pith was well developed.The leaves are typical bifacial leaf,with a large amount of superficial fur on the epidermis.The stomata of leaves are anisocytic type and a few are anomocytic type.The mesophyll tissue was well differentiated,and there was crystal distribution in spongy tissue.The transverse section of the petiole is approximately circular,and the paraxial plane has grooves.The tissue differentiation in the persistent calyx was not obvious,and the interstitial space of cells is large.
