光栅衍射实验中正入射与斜入射的讨论

摘  要:从实验上验证了自准法在光栅衍射实验中调节光栅垂直于入射光(正入射)方法的可行性,分别从实验和理论(数值)上分析了斜入射角度的变化对衍射角测量的影响.结果表明,在斜入射角度不大的情况下由角度偏离所带来的误差并不明显,偏离角度在5°以内所引起的误差在实验允许的范围内,实验结果与理论分析完全一致.The method of self-collimation is verified experimentally to ensure that the parallel light is incident on the grating surface vertically,which is simlpe and feasible and the influence of oblique incidence on diffraction angle is further analyzed from experimental and theoretical(numerical)aspects respectively.As a result,the error caused by angle deviation is not obvious when the angle of oblique incidence is small,the error caused by deviation angle less than 5 degree is within the allowable range of experiment,and the experimental results are completely consistent with the theoretical analysis.
