摘  要:为解决在典型工况下,较难预测反铲挖掘机挖掘阻力的问题,基于反铲挖掘机铲斗与物料的作用特性,利用Simulink-Adams联合方法,建立挖掘阻力动态解析模型。通过比较在反铲挖掘机常见工况下,该解析模型与离散元仿真挖掘干土块的挖掘阻力,证明提出的解析模型可快速获得对应的挖掘阻力结果。实验结果表明:利用该挖掘阻力动态解析模型,可大幅提高挖掘阻力预测效率。In order to solve the problem of difficult to predict the digging resistance of backhoe excavators under typical working conditions,an analytical model of digging resistance for backhoe excavators is proposed in this paper.Based on the bucket-material interaction characteristics of the backhoe,a dynamic analytical model of excavation resistance is developed using a joint Simulink-Adams approach.By comparing the analytical model with a discrete element simulation of the excavation resistance of a dry soil block under common conditions of a backhoe excavator,it is demonstrated that the corresponding excavation resistance results can be obtained quickly.Experiments show that the efficiency of excavation resistance prediction can be significantly increased by using this dynamic analytical model of excavation resistance.
