摘 要:为了提高锥齿轮发生啮合过程中安装误差控制精度,在分析影响安装精度因素基础上,根据印痕特性与6σ稳健优化的方法构建目标函数,通过Monte Carlo算法完成抽样,采用多岛遗传算法实现二阶接触参数优化并调整安装误差,对比了优化前后的安装误差差异。结果表明:6σ稳健优化过程有助于印痕特征形成更稳定的安装误差,可靠度超过99.993 7%,实现了印痕中心波动程度的大幅减小,获得了稳定性更高的齿轮系统。处于不同的二阶接触参数下对应的印痕特征也存在显著差异,减小了各安装误差下传动误差。6σ稳健设计传动误差波动相对确定性优化方法减小了30%。对比了所提出的优化方法和确定性优化方法差异性,表明采用本文设计的稳健性方法满足可靠性要求。In order to improve the spiral bevel gear meshing process of installation error control precision,on the basis of installation error analysis based on the characteristics and mark six sigma robust optimization method to build the objective function,through Monte Carlo method to complete sampling,island genetic algorithm was adopted to realize the second order contact parameters optimization and adjustment of installation error,compared the performance difference of before and after optimization.The results show that the 6σrobust optimization process contributes to the formation of more stable mounting errors with a reliability of more than 99.9937%,which significantly reduces the fluctuation of the center of the impressions and results in a more stable gear system.There are also significant differences in the corresponding imprint characteristics under different secondorder contact parameters,which significantly improves the transmission errors under various installation errors.Compared with the deterministic optimization method,the transmission error fluctuation of the 6σrobust design is reduced by 30%and has better feasibility.The difference between the proposed optimization method and the deterministic optimization method is compared,which indicates that the robust method designed in this paper meets the reliability requirements.
