摘 要:高功率密度电机具有体积小、转速高等特点,被广泛运用于涡轮发动机、飞轮储能等领域。为追求更小的体积和更高效的功率输出,将具有高转速、高效率优点的磁悬浮轴承作为电机的支承系统,可有效地提高电机的转速和功率密度,提升其工作性能。针对高功率密度磁悬浮高速电机,设计电机的支承结构,并对其进行磁场仿真,最后对设计的可行性进行总结。High-power-density motor has the characteristics of small size and high speed,and is widely used in turbine engine,flywheel energy storage and other fields.In order to pursue smaller volume and more efficient power output,the magnetic bearing with high speed and high efficiency is used as the supporting system of the motor,which can effectively improve the speed and power density of the motor and improve its working performance.Aiming at the high-power-density magnetic levitation high-speed motor,the support structure of the motor is designed,and the magnetic field simulation is carried out.Finally,the feasibility of the design is summarized.
