摘 要:为提高推土机研发效率,降低生产制造成本,研究了推土机的模块划分及评价方法,使厂家能更好地应对市场竞争。量化零部件间装配、功能和工艺的相关度,构建相关度矩阵,将零部件间抽象的连接关系映射为具体的相关度矩阵,再将其转换为距离矩阵,采用谱系聚类算法求解,实现推土机部件层零部件的模块划分。为寻求最优划分方案,构建多指标评价模型,实现划分方案定量评判,将上述方法应用于推土机最终传动机构。结果表明:该划分和评价方法在企业产品设计中是切实可行的。In order to enhance the efficiency of bulldozer research and development and reduce production and manufacturing costs,this study explores the methodology of module partitioning and evaluation for bulldozers to help manufacturers better cope with market competition.The study quantifies the relevance of assembly,function,and craftsmanship among components and parts,constructs a correlation matrix,maps the abstract connected relationships between components and parts into a concrete relevance matrix,and then converts it into a distance matrix.The hierarchical clustering algorithm is employed to solve and achieve the module division of bulldozer components and parts at the component layer.To find the optimal classification scheme,this article constructs a multi-criteria evaluation model for quantitative assessment of the classification scheme.The proposed method is applied to the final transmission mechanism of the bulldozer,and the results demonstrate the feasibility of this classification and evaluation methodology in firm product design.
