摘 要:针对农机生产流程的问题,将价值流图与仿真技术相结合,制定生产线优化方案。以某农机制造车间生产线为例,首先分析其生产现状,绘制价值流图,识别农机生产线中产线不平衡、资源管理粗放、生产周期过长等问题;其次利用“5W1H”提问法和“ECRS”分析法,结合精益生产理论,探究信息流和工艺流,优化生产物料需求、瓶颈工艺等;最后运用FlexSim仿真软件验证。经改善,将生产线平衡率提高32.7%,非增值时间缩短34.5%,增值比提高2.62%。Aiming at the problems in the production process of agricultural machinery,a production line optimization scheme based on the combination of value stream diagram and simulation technology is proposed.Taking the production line of an agricultural machinery manufacturing workshop as an example,the production status of agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises is first analyzed,and the current value flow map is constructed to identify the problems of unbalanced production lines,extensive resource management,and long production cycle in the agricultural machinery production line.Secondly,the“5W1H”questioning method and the“ECRS”analysis method combined with lean production theory consider the information flow and process flow,optimize from the aspects of production material requirements and bottleneck process optimization,and finally use FlexSim simulation software to verify.After the improvement,the balance rate of the production line increased by 32.7%,the non-value-added time was shortened by 34.5%,and the value-added ratio increased by 2.62%.
