摘 要:样本点决策贡献度的失衡考虑会导致故障信号测试集分类精度偏低。为了提高高速球轴承故障诊断精度,设计了一种基于弹性核凸包张量机(FCHTM)的振动信号处理方法。以能量谱纹理特征(ESTC)建立数据库,选用连续小波转换方法进行时频分布,类别判断模型构建时用正负概率估计。研究结果表明:采用随机方法选取训练集样本量进行准确率测试,发现在识别精度和分类性能方面,弹性核凸包张量机均展现出较强的优越性,并且适当增加训练样本还能有所提升。训练集与测试集划分为7.5∶2.5开展分类准确率分析,相比较支持向量机(SVM)和弹性核凸包(FCH),发现弹性核凸包张量机表现最佳,在鲁棒性和抗噪性表现方面弹性核凸包张量机的优势更显著。该研究适用于其他的机械传动系统,具有很好的实际推广价值。The unbalance consideration of sample point decision contribution will lead to the low classification accuracy of fault signal test set.In order to improve the fault diagnosis accuracy of high-speed ball bearings,a vibration signal processing method based on flexible convex hull tensor machine(FCHTM)was designed.The database was established based on energy spectrum texture characteristics(ESTC),and the time-frequency distribution was carried out by continuous wavelet transformation method.The positive and negative probability estimation was used to construct the category judgment model.The results show that:using random method to select training set sample size for accuracy test,it is found that in terms of recognition accuracy and classification performance,the elastic kernel convex hull tensor machine shows strong advantages,and appropriate increase of training samples can be improved.Training set and test set are divided into 7.5∶2.5 Classification accuracy analysis was conducted.Compared with the support vector machine(SVM)and flexible convex hull(FCH),it was found that the elastic convex hull tensor machine had the best performance.In terms of robustness and anti-noise performance,the elastic core convex hull tensor machine has more significant advantages.This research can be applied to other mechanical transmission systems and has good practical value.
