摘  要:目的:通过对国内外相关文献进行综述,综合评价进食速度和进食环境对儿童超重肥胖的影响,为制定儿童肥胖防控政策提供依据。方法:搜索1993—2022年中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane library等6个中外文数据库中公开发表的相关文献。结果:经过筛选,共有28篇文献(中文文献4篇、英文文献24篇)纳入本次研究。进食速度快、用餐时间短、高频次的用餐屏幕暴露、在非就餐区域就餐等与儿童超重肥胖成正相关,温馨的就餐氛围、积极的语言交流可能是儿童超重肥胖的保护因素。结论:降低进食速度、减少就餐时屏幕暴露时间和次数、营造良好的就餐氛围,有利于降低儿童超重肥胖的发生风险。【Objective】To evaluate the association among eating speed,eating environment and childhood obesity by reviewing relevant literature,and to provide evidence support for childhood obesity prevention and control strategies in China.【Method】A systematic review method was used to search relevant literature published from 1993 to 2022 from 6 databases including CNKI,Wanfang Data,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane library.【Result】Twenty-eight studies were included in this study.Fast eating speed,short meal time,high frequency of dining screen exposure,eating in non-dining areas were positively correlated with childhood obesity,and warm din⁃ing atmosphere and positive language communication were probably negatively correlated with childhood obesity.【Conclusion】Reducing the speed of eating,decreasing dining screen exposure time,and creating a good dining atmosphere are conducive to reduce the risk of childhood obesity.
