摘 要:目的:了解北京市某区中小学生营养素养现状,研究分析某区中小学生营养素养水平与家庭食物环境关联程度,为提高某区中小学生营养素养水平,构建良好的家庭食物环境,预防超重肥胖、营养不足等疾病的发生提供科学依据。方法:2020年随机抽取某区2所小学、2所初中、1所高中共810名学生作为调查对象,收集营养素养与家庭食物环境等相关信息。用SPSS 25.0软件进行数据清理和统计分析,采用卡方检验和Logistic回归分析进行统计学检验。结果:全部调查对象中,小学(1~2年级)学生的营养素养得分为(83.9±16.5)分,具备营养素养(≥80分)为70.0%,这一学段学生的营养素养与年级、户口类型有关(P<0.05)。中高年级组(3~12年级)学生营养素养得分为(65.9±9.1)分,具备营养素养(≥80分)为7.1%,此学段中小学生3~6年级、初中生、高中生具备营养素养比例分别为11.4%、5.8%、2.1%,差异有显著性(P<0.05),该学段中小学生营养素养水平与年级、户口类型、照护者受教育水平、家庭收入有关(P<0.05)。1~12年级中小学生的家庭食物环境得分为(65.2±7.8)分,家庭食物环境健康(≥60分)为75.1%,家庭食物环境得分与年级、户口类型、主要照顾者、照顾者教育水平、家庭收入有关(P<0.05)。学生营养素养与家庭食物环境程正相关,相关系数为0.383(P<0.01)。结论:调查对象营养素养水平较低,与年级、户口类型、照顾者及其受教育水平、家庭收入等家庭食物环境有关。【Objective】To understand the current situation of nutrition literacy of primary and secondary school students in a district of Beijing,and to study and analyze the correlation degree between nutrition literacy level of primary and secondary school students in a district and family food environment,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the nutritional literacy level of primary and secondary school students in a district,building a good family food environment,and preventing the occurrence of overweight,obesity,undernutrition and other diseases.【Method】In 2020,a total of 810 students from two primary schools,two junior high schools and one senior high school in a district were randomly selected as survey objects to collect information about nutrition literacy and family food environment.SPSS 25.0 software was used for data cleaning and statistical analysis.Chi-square test and logistic regression analysis were used for statistical test.【Result】The nutritional literacy score of primary school students(grades 1—2)was(83.9±16.5)points,and the nutritional literacy score(≥80 points)was 70.0%.The nutritional literacy of students in this section was related to grade and household registration type(P<0.05).The scores of nutrition literacy were(65.9±9.1)points in the middle and senior group(grades 3 to 12),and 7.1%had nutrition literacy(≥80)points.The proportions of primary and middle school students with nutrition literacy were 11.4%,5.8%and 2.1%,respectively,with significant differences(P<0.05).The nutritional literacy level of primary and secondary school students was related to grade,household registration type,caregiver education level and family income(P<0.05).The score of family food environment was(65.2±7.8),and the score of family food environment health(≥60)was 75.1%.The score of family food environment was related to grade,household registration type,main caregiver,caregiver education level and family income(P<0.05).The nutritional literacy of students was positively correlated wit
