摘 要:油液污染是液压系统故障的重要原因之一,提升油液清洁度可以提高液压系统的可靠性。目前,液压系统主要通过液压油箱实现油液中气体分离及污染物去除。综述了国内外诸多学者在除气除杂方法的研究现状,分析并总结了油箱结构设计、污染相自然分离、多相离心分离、磁分离等除气除杂方法的研究现状及特点,对比了异形油箱结构、气液旋流分离器、液压过滤器等除气除杂新设备的发展趋势,并对液压油箱除气除杂技术的发展前景做了展望。Oil contamination is one of the important reasons for hydraulic system failure.Improving oil cleanliness can improve the reliability of the hydraulic system.At present,the hydraulic system mainly realizes the gas separation and pollutants removal in the oil through the hydraulic oil tank.The research status of degassing and impurity removal methods by many scholars at home and abroad is reviewed and the research status and characteristics of degassing and impurity removal methods such as hydraulic oil tank structure design,natural separation of polluted phases,multiphase centrifugal separation and magnetic separation are analyzed and summarized.The development trend of new degassing and impurity removal equipment such as special-shaped oil tank structure,gas-liquid cyclone separator,hydraulic filter is compared,and the development prospect of hydraulic oil tank degassing and impurity removal technology is prospected.
