摘 要:二维活塞式动态流量计,其主要特点在于采用具有旋转和往复直动双运动自由度的二维活塞作为流量计量单元。介绍该流量计机械结构和工作原理后,建立了相关动态模型,并研究了该流量计自身的计量特性以及各个结构参数对该流量计动态性能的影响,包括二维活塞直径、二维活塞质量以及计量单元内计量腔体积等。结果表明,采用两个计量单元并联连接结构的该流量计流量脉动极小,减小二维活塞质量以及减小工作腔中的死腔体积可以提升流量计的动态性能,而二维活塞直径对流量计动态性能的影响是随数值先增大后减小,这为二维活塞式动态流量计提供了优化方向。A two-dimensional(2D)piston dynamic flowmeter was proposed in this paper,its main feature lies in the utilize of a 2D piston with rotational and reciprocating motion degrees of freedom as the metering unit.After a brief introduction of the mechanical structure and working principle of the flowmeter,the related simulation model was established.The simulation research focused on the metering characteristics of the flowmeter itself and the influence of various structural parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the flowmeter,including the 2D piston diameter,piston mass and chamber volumes inside the measurement unit.The simulation results indicate that the flow pulsation caused by the flowmeter with two parallel metering units is extremely small.Reducing the 2D piston mass and the dead space volume in the working chamber can improve the dynamic performance of the flowmeter.The influence of the 2D piston diameter on the dynamic performance of the flowmeter is that it first increases and then decreases with the value increasing,which provided optimization directions for the 2D piston dynamic flowmeter.
