摘　　要：创新型城市试点政策呈现出显著的经济效益,探索创新城市试点政策与旅游经济的关系具有重要意义。文章以长江经济带108个城市为研究对象,借助多期双重差分模型,聚焦创新型城市试点政策对城市旅游经济的直接影响、空间溢出及传导路径。结果表明:创新型城市试点政策对长江经济带旅游经济具有正向促进作用且空间溢出效应明显,忽视空间溢出效应一定程度上会低估政策的正向作用,间接效应对总效应的贡献要高于直接效应;技术创新效应是试点政策驱动城市旅游经济提升的重要路径,政策效应的空间异质性差异显著,长江经济带下游和中游地区试点政策对旅游经济具有显著正向影响,上游地区政策效果尚未显现。The innovative city pilot policy shows remarkable economic benefits,so it is of great significance to explore the relationship between innovative city pilot policy and tourism economy.Selecting 108 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,this paper focuses on the direct impact,spatial spillover and transmission path of innovative city pilot policies on urban tourism economy with the help of difference-in-differences model.The results show that the innovative city pilot policy has a positive promoting effect on the tourism economy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and the spatial spillover effect is obvious.Ignoring the spatial spillover effect will underestimate the positive effect of the policy to some extent,and the contribution of indirect effect to the total effect is higher than that of direct effect.What's more,the effect of technological innovation is an important path for pilot policy to drive the improvement of urban tourism economy,and the spatial heterogeneity of policy effects is significant.There are significant spatial heterogeneity differences in the policy effects,with the downstream and middle reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt experiencing a significant positive influence on the tourism economy from the pilot policies,while the upstream regions have not yet shown significant policy effects.
