摘 要:创新型人力资本是“人口红利”逐渐褪去背景下制造业产业链现代化发展的重要影响因素。文章基于2008—2020年我国省级面板数据,建立固定效应模型,探究创新型人力资本对制造业产业链现代化的影响及其作用机制。结果表明:创新型人力资本能显著提升制造业产业链现代化水平,其中,政府科技支持度和政策关注度起正向调节作用,自主研发、知识吸收、知识溢出起中介作用;受地区经济发展水平影响,创新型人力资本对东部地区产业链现代化的驱动作用更强;异质性分析发现,当前阶段基础研究类和应用研究类创新型人力资本对制造业产业链现代化的作用效果更为明显。Innovative human capital is an important factor on the modernization of the manufacturing industry chain under the background that the“demographic dividend”is gradually fading.Based on provincial panel data from 2008 to 2020 in China,this paper establishes a fixed effect model to explore the impact and mechanism of innovative human capital on the modernization of the manufacturing industry chain.The results show that,innovative human capital can significantly improve the modernization level of the manufacturing industry chain,in which government support for science and technology and policy concern play a positive moderating role,and independent research and development,knowledge absorption and knowledge spillover play a mediating role.Influenced by the level of regional economic development,innovative human capital has a stronger driving effect on the modernization of industrial chain in the eastern region.The heterogeneity analysis of innovative human capital shows that the basic research and applied research of innovative human capital have a more significant effect on the modernization of the manufacturing industry chain.
