摘 要:采用溶剂热法制备UiO-66母体材料,然后采用浸渍法制备耦合材料,用K、Cu和Zn的盐溶液真空浸渍UiO-66后再还原,构筑K_(2)CO_(3)-CuZn/UiO-66耦合材料,实现活性组分和助剂的高分散负载,用于CO_(2)捕集与催化加氢合成甲醇研究。结果表明:K_(10)Cu_(5)Zn_(20)@UiO-66具有较大的比表面积(464 m^(2)/g)、较大的孔径(1.3 nm)和较大的孔体积(0.44 cm^(3)/g)。在一定反应条件下,浸渍法构筑的K_(2)CO_(3)-CuZn/UiO-66耦合材料,CO_(2)转化率为11.5%,甲醇选择性为74.2%的K_(15)Cu_(5)Zn_(20)@UiO-66,具有最高催化活性。The parent material of UiO-66 is prepared by solvothermal method,and then the coupling material is prepared by impregnation method.UiO-66 is vacuum impregnated with salt solution of K,Cu and Zn and then reduced,so as to realize the high dispersion load of active components and additives,and construct K_(2)CO_(3)-CuZn/UiO-66 coupling material.In this paper,the conversion of carbon dioxide,the selectivity and stability of methanol in the hydrogenation of CO_(2) to methanol are analyzed.After a series of experiments,the results show that:K_(10)Cu_(5)Zn_(20)@Uio-66 has a larger specific surface area(464 m^(2)/g),a larger pore diameter(1.3 nm)and a larger pore volume(0.44 cm^(3)/g).The results show that under certain reaction conditions,the CO_(2) conversion of K_(2)CO_(3)-CuZn/UiO-66 coupling material constructed by impregnation method is 11.5% and the methanol selectivity is 74.2%K_(15)Cu_(5)Zn_(20)@UiO-66,with the highest catalytic activity.
