摘 要:研究采用加压流体萃取-气相色谱-质谱法测定塑料中16种多环芳烃,对比了不同萃取温度和萃取时间对多环芳烃回收率的影响。结果表明,使用V(正己烷)∶V(丙酮)=1∶1混合溶剂作为萃取溶剂,在压力为10 MPa、萃取温度为80℃条件下萃取,静态萃取时间6 min,目标物的回收率达到90%以上,相关系数均大于0.995,平均相对标准偏差RSD为2.0%~9.2%(n=6)。该萃取方法不仅可以对实际样品进行高效、快捷的检测,且操作简单易行,能满足塑料样品中多环芳烃类物质的检测要求。The determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydro-carbons(PAHs)in plastic was studied by using pressurized fluid extraction(PFE)-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The effects of different extraction temperature and time on the recovery of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon were compared.The results showed that when n-hexane-acetone(1∶1)solution was used as the extraction solvent and the extraction temperature of 80℃,a pressure of 10 MPa,and the static extraction time was 6 min,the recovery rate of the target compounds were more than 90%.The linear correlation coefficients were more than 0.995,the relative standard deviations were 2.0%~9.2%(n=6).This extraction method can not only efficiently and quickly detect actual samples,but also has a simple and feasible operation,which can meet the detection requirements for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in plastic samples.
