摘  要:由于注水压力增加,注水量减少,海域C区注水井产量有所下降。通过对试验区岩矿特征、孔隙类型、孔喉特征和储层流体特征进行分析,确定了储层堵塞的三大主要因素为地质因素、敏感损伤和流体不配伍。通过溶蚀性能、酸化模拟实验和配伍性评价确定了解堵配方中的主体酸,经过黏土稳定剂和缓蚀剂的多次优选实验,最终构建了酸化解堵体系的配方。现场应用结果表明,注水压力由18 MPa降为10 MPa,注水压力降低50%以上,该配方具有优异的酸化能力,与地层流体相容性好,酸化解堵作用效果显著。Due to the increase in water injection pressure and the decrease in water injection volume,the production of water injection wells in Zone C of the sea area has decreased.By analyzing the rock and mineral characteristics,pore types,pore throat characteristics,and reservoir fluid characteristics of the experimental area,it was determined that the three main factors of reservoir blockage are geological factors,sensitive damage,and fluid incompatibility.The main acid in the plugging formula was determined through corrosion performance,acidification simulation experiments,and compatibility evaluation.After multiple optimization experiments of clay stabilizers and corrosion inhibitors,the formula of the acidification plugging system was finally constructed.The on-site application results show that the water injection pressure has been reduced from 18 MPa to 10 MPa,and the water injection pressure has been reduced by more than 50%.This formula has excellent acid plugging ability,good compatibility with formation fluids,and significant acid plugging effect.
