摘 要:传统水处理工艺并不能有效地净化水体,为了提高水的质量,通常采用深度水处理技术对水中大分子有机物进行处理。膜分离耦合电化学高级氧化法近年来因操作简单、能耗低、稳定性高、适用性广被认为是一种有前途的、普遍的处理技术,而作为决定膜电极性能的关键,膜材料成为探索高性能膜的研究热点。本文综述了碳基膜电极材料的制备和在水处理中的应用,概述了真空抽滤法、烧结法、湿纺法的制备流程、技术难点和相应研究进展,分析了所制备碳基膜电极在水处理中的实际应用。根据各制备方法存在的问题,提出了碳基膜电极制备的发展趋势,为推动电催化膜的相关研究提供参考。Traditional water treatment processes do not effectively purify water bodies,and in order to improve the quality of water,deep water treatment technologies are usually used to treat large molecules of organic matter in water.Membrane separation coupled with electrochemical advanced oxidation has been considered as a promising and universal treatment technology in recent years due to simple operation,low energy consumption,high stability and wide applicability,and as the key to determine the performance of membrane electrodes,membrane materials have become a research hotspot for exploring high-performance membranes.This paper reviews the preparation of carbon-based membrane electrode materials and their applications in water treatment,outlines the preparation process,technical difficulties and corresponding research progress of vacuum filtration method,sintering method and wet spinning method,and analyzes the practical applications of the prepared carbon-based membrane electrodes in water treatment.According to the problems of each preparation method,the development trend of carbon-based membrane electrode preparation is proposed to provide reference for promoting the related research of electrocatalytic membrane.
