摘　　要：建立同时测定复配产品52%砜嘧磺隆·碘甲磺隆钠盐·噻酮磺隆·环丙磺酰胺WG中有效成分和安全剂的高效液相色谱分析方法。选用AgilentC18柱,检测波长250 nm,以甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸水为流动相对各有效成分和安全剂进行有效分离和定量检测。砜嘧磺隆、碘甲磺隆钠盐、噻酮磺隆和安全剂环丙磺酰胺线性相关系数分别为0.9995、0.9996、0.9995和0.9997,平均添加回收率分别为99.91%、99.52%、99.75%和99.71%,标准偏差分别为0.04、0.01、0.04和0.03,变异系数分别为0.32%、0.69%、0.28%和0.12%。该方法简便、精确度高且重现性好,满足该复配剂型的快速准确的质量控制检测。This study aims to establish HPLC method for rimsulfuron·iodosulfuron-methyl-sidium·thiencarbazone-methyl·cyprosulfamide 52% WG.Agilent C18 column was selected,250 nm was selected as the detection wavelength,and methanol,acetonitrile and 0.1%phosphoric acid water were used as the flow for effective separation and quantitative detection of each active component.In the method,the linear correlation coefficients for rimsulfuron,iodosulfuron-methyl-sidium,thiencarbazone-methyl and cyprosulfamide were 0.9995,0.9996,0.9995 and 0.9997,the average spiked recovery rate were 99.91%,99.52%,99.75% and 99.71%,the standard deviations were 0.04,0.01,0.04 and 0.03,and the coefficients of variation were 0.32%,0.69%,0.28% and 0.12%,respectively.The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and suitable for the detection and quality control of the formulation.
