摘　　要：介绍侯爱画教授治湿六法,即运脾和胃、防止伤阴,疏肝泄胆、木畅土行,宣降肺气、行水上源,益肾扶阳、蠲湿除痹,活血行血、增水行舟,通腑泄浊、慎利小便。六法虽各有侧重,但应用时常需多法同施,以利于湿邪排出。并附验案1则。This paper introduces professor Hou Aihua's six methods for treating dampness.Six methods are strengthening the spleen and the stomach,preventing the damage of body fluid;soothing the liver and promoting the excretion of bile;promoting the diffusion and the descent of lung to restore the metabolism of water in the body;tonifying kidney and supporting yang qi,getting rid of the dampness inside muscles,bones and joints;promoting blood circulation,and increasing fluid to relieve constipation;expelling the dampness from the body through the stool,and using diuretics with caution.Although each of the six methods has its own emphasis,it is often necessary to apply more methods together,so that the dampness is expelled from the body quickly.One proven case is provided.
