冷轧立式活套间接张力控制分析与改进

摘　　要：冷轧立式活套张力控制方法主要包括直接张力控制和间接张力控制。本文通过深入分析立式活套张力控制方法,提出了几点间接张力控制难点,并给出了改进的控制方法,有效减小了活套张力波动,提高了机组生产效率。The method of tension control of cold rolling vertical living sleeve mainly includes direct tension control and indirect tension control.This paper through in-depth analysis through the control method of vertical looper tension,proposed several indirect tension control difficulties,and given improved control methods,which effectively reduced the volatility of the looper tension and improved the production efficiency of the line.
