摘　　要：本文以乙烯裂解过程为例,详细介绍了PLC与SCADA系统的硬软件配置,并深入探讨了两者的集成优化,同时提出了一种全新的优化策略,并对其进行了全面的评估。结果表明,该策略不仅增强了系统的实时响应和稳定性,还大大提高了数据完整性。The paper takes the ethylene cracking process as an example to provide a detailed introduction to the hardware and software configurations of PLC and SCADA systems,and delves into their integration optimization.At the same time,a new optimization strategy is proposed and comprehensively evaluated.The results show that this strategy not only enhances the real-time response and stability of the system,but also greatly improves data integrity.
