摘 要:针对选煤厂原煤仓传统人工监控方式监测效率低、准确度差、安全隐患大等问题,本文研究了瓦斯在线监测技术,设计了一套基于PLC控制的选煤厂瓦斯智能监控系统。该系统通过在原煤仓各监测点布置高精度瓦斯传感器实时采集瓦斯浓度,采用工业以太网对通信网络进行架构以实现数据的高速传输,最后通过工控机与PLC联合控制实现瓦斯浓度远程实时监测、超限报警与风机自动启停,实现了选煤厂瓦斯浓度的有效治理。Aiming at the problems of low monitoring efficiency,poor accuracy and large safety risks in the traditional manual monitoring mode of raw coal bunker in coal preparation plant,the online gas monitoring technology was studied,and a set of intelligent gas monitoring system based on PLC control in coal preparation plant was designed.The system collects the gas concentration in real time by arranging high-precision gas sensors at each monitoring point of the raw coal bunker,uses industrial ethernet to structure the communication network to achieve high-speed data transmission,and finally realizes remote real-time monitoring of gas concentration,over limit alarm and automatic fan startup and shutdown through the joint control of industrial computer and PLC,so as to achieve effective gas concentration control in the coal preparation plant.
