摘 要:常规的锅炉引风机节能控制方法主要使用多阈量静叶调控法降低引风机负荷功率,易受多范围变频波动环境影响,导致引风机的运行电耗过高。因此,需要设计一种基于灰色关联的全新锅炉引风机节能控制方法。本文根据锅炉引风机运行环境及启停状态改造锅炉引风机变频器,利用灰色关联优化锅炉引风机运行参数,设计锅炉引风机节能模糊控制算法,从而实现节能控制。实验结果表明,该方法在不同负荷下的运行电耗均较低,控制效果较好,具有一定的节能性和经济价值。The conventional energy-saving control methods for boiler induced draft fans mainly use the multi threshold static blade control method to reduce the load power of the induced draft fan,which is easily affected by the multi range variable frequency fluctuation environment,resulting in high operating power consumption of the induced draft fan.Therefore,a new energy-saving control method for boiler induced draft fans needs to be designed based on grey correlation.This paper based on the operating environment and start stop status of the boiler induced draft fan,the frequency converter of the boiler induced draft fan was modified,used the grey correlation to optimize the operating parameters of the boiler induced draft fan,and designed an energy-saving fuzzy control algorithm for the boiler induced draft fan,thus achieving energy-saving control.The experimental results show that the method for boiler induced draft fan has lower operating power consumption under different loads,has good control effect,energy-saving performance,and certain economic value.
