摘 要:大采高液压支架是中厚煤层综采的重要设备,可实现煤矿的高效、高质开采。在大采高综采过程中,液压支架的支护高度随煤层的厚度分布不断调整,对液压支架的整机性能具有较高的要求。采用有限元数值仿真的形式分析液压支架最低支护高度恶劣工况下的整机性能,为液压支架的设计使用提供参考,以保证煤矿的支护安全。Hydraulic support with large mining height is an important equipment for fully mechanized mining of medium and thick coal seam,which can realize high efficiency and high quality mining of coal mine.In the process of full-mechanized mining with large mining height,the support height of hydraulic support is constantly adjusted with the thickness distribution of coal seam,which has higher requirements for the whole machine performance of hydraulic support.The finite element numerical simulation is used to analyze the performance of the whole machine under the bad working condition of the minimum support height of the hydraulic support,so as to provide reference for the design and use of the hydraulic support and ensure the safety of the coal mine support.
