摘 要:作为采煤机滚筒及截割部传动装置的核心驱动部件,截割电机受冷却水流量小、水压低的影响,极易过热甚至被烧毁,严重影响井下采煤作业的安全及效率。为此,本文研究了采煤机散热冷却技术,设计了一套基于内外喷雾的截割电机喷雾冷却保护装置,并优化了截割电机的冷却介质及水槽结构,可有效保证截割电机冷却水流量及压力满足需求,实现对截割电机的全方位冷却保护。The cutting motor,as the core driving component of the shearer drum and cutting section transmission device,is easily overheated or even burned due to the low cooling water flow and water pressure,seriously affecting the safety and efficiency of underground coal mining operations.Therefore,this paper studies the heat dissipation and cooling technology of the shearer,designs a set of spray coling protection device for the cutting motor based on the internal and external spray,and optimizes the cooling medium and water tank structure of the cutting motor,which can effectively ensure that the flow and pressure of the cooling water of the cutting motor meet the demand,and achieve all-round cooling protection for the cutting motor.
