摘 要:针对传统的人工巡检和故障诊断方法效率低、易受人为因素影响的问题,本文研究了一种基于云计算的石油化工仪表智能自诊断系统。该系统首先通过在仪表设备上安装传感器,实时采集仪表设备的参数数据,并利用云计算技术将数据传输到云平台,然后在云平台建立数据库,用于存储和管理仪表设备的数据,最后利用机器学习算法分析和建模采集的数据,建立仪表设备故障预测模型和自诊断模型。基于此模型,系统能分析和判断实时采集的数据,实现对仪表设备故障的自动诊断和预测。In response to the problems of low efficiency and susceptibility to human factors in traditional manual inspection and fault diagnosis methods,this paper studies an intelligent self diagnosis system for petrochemical instruments based on cloud computing.The system first installs sensors on the instrument equipment to collect real-time parameter data of the instrument equipment,and uses cloud computing technology to transmit the data to the cloud platform.Then,a database is established on the cloud platform to store and manage the data of the instrument equipment.Finally,machine learning algorithms are used to analyze and model the collected data,and a fault prediction model and self diagnosis model of the instrument equipment are established.Based on this model,the system can analyze and judge real-time collected data,and achieve automatic diagnosis and prediction of instrument equipment faults.
