摘 要:为深入了解某地区复合绝缘子硅橡胶伞裙表面老化的微观结构,本文对其进行了详细的分析和研究,采集了某地区复合绝缘子硅橡胶伞裙的样本,并通过扫描电子显微镜(JSM-7800)观察和分析了其表面。实验结果表明,硅橡胶伞裙表面出现了明显的老化现象,包括颗粒状物质的沉积、裂纹的形成和颜色的变化等。本文通过分析和研究某地区复合绝缘子硅橡胶伞裙表面老化微观结构,揭示了其老化现象的微观特征。In order to gain a deeper understanding of the microstructure of the surface aging of composite insulator silicone rubber umbrella skirts in a certain region,this paper conducted a detailed analysis and study.Samples of composite insulator silicone rubber umbrella skirts in a certain region were collected,and their surfaces were observed and analyzed using a scanning electron microscope(JSM-7800).The experimental results indicate that there is a significant aging phenomenon on the surface of the silicone rubber umbrella skirt,including the deposition of granular substances,the formation of cracks,and color changes.This paper analyzes and studies the microstructure of the surface aging of silicone rubber umbrella skirts of composite insulators in a certain region,revealing the microscopic characteristics of their aging phenomenon.
