摘 要:为降低燃煤发电系统的能耗,达到实现节能减排、保护环境的目的,本文提出了燃煤热力系统的优化方案,采用软件仿真分析了不同方案的发电能耗,探究了热力系统不同组件的能耗状态以及系统能耗降低的内在因素。研究表明,空气预热器入的换热温差过大会造成系统低温受热面中附加单耗升高。为提高燃煤发电系统的发电效率,需尽量减小各受热面的换热温差,本文采用双外置式蒸冷器(OSC)的系统设置降低第3级和第4级抽汽过热度能耗损失,进而降低加热器附加单耗。在燃煤发电系统中配置空气预热器(FAH)和外置式蒸冷器,能最大限度地降低发电系统的燃煤能耗,提高节煤效率。In order to reduce the energy consumption of coal-fired power generation systems,achieve the goal of energy conservation,emission reduction,and environmental protection,this paper proposes an optimization plan for coal-fred thermal systems.Software simulation analysis was used to analyze the energy consumption of dfferent schemes,explore the energy consumption status of different components of the thermal system,and explore the internal factors that reduce system energy consumption.Research has shown that excessive heat transfer temperature difference in the air preheater can cause an increase in additional unit consumption in the low-temperature heating surface of the system.To improve the power generation efficiency of coal-fired power generation systems,it is necessary to minimize the heat exchange temperature difference between each heating surface.This paper adopts a dual external steam cooler(OSC)system setting to reduce the energy consumption loss of the third and fourth stage extraction superheat,thereby reducing the additional unit consumption of the heater.Installing an air preheater(FAH)and an external steam cooler in a coal-fired power generation system can maximize the reduction of coal-fired energy consumption and improve coal saving efficiency.
