摘 要:越级跳闸问题是影响矿井供电安全性、可靠性的重要因素。针对矿井变电所越级跳闸问题频发的现象,本文基于对GOOSE信号闭锁原理的分析,按照管理层、网络层、间隔层3层架构设计了防越级跳闸总体方案,搭建了基于GOOSE信号闭锁原理的防越级跳闸的硬件系统、软件系统、通信系统,并进行了技术试验。该系统具有功能丰富、运行可靠、防越级跳闸动作精准、改造简单、适应性强等优点,能有效保障矿井生产的供电安全,具有一定的推广应用价值。The issue of skip tripping is an important factor affecting the safety and reliability of mine power supply.In response to the frequent occurrence of skip tripping problems in mine substations,this paper analyzes the GOOSE signal blocking principle and designs an overall plan for preventing skip tripping based on a three-layer architecture of management layer,network layer,and interval layer.A hardware system,software system,and communication system for preventing skip tripping based on the GOOSE signal blocking principle are built,and technical experiments are conducted.This system has the advantages of rich functions,reliable operation,precise anti skip tripping action,simple transformation,and strong adaptability.It can effectively ensure the power supply safety of mine production and has certain promotion and application value.
