摘  要:随着5G通信设备大规模的投入运行,通信机房出现过热、高PUE等问题,严重影响通信安全,并且对通信领域的碳达峰碳中和造成不利影响。本文通过分析现有机房制冷方式优缺点,探索出一种更加适合高功耗设备散热且有效降低机房能耗的柜级制冷方案。通过机房实测和实验室测试,验证柜级制冷方案的节能效果,并给出可以预测柜级制冷系统应用效果的温度-功率函数。With the large-scale operation of 5G communication equipment,problems such as overheating and high PUE occur in the communication room,which seriously affect communication security and adversely affect carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in the communication field.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing computer room cooling methods,this paper explores a cabinet-level refrigeration scheme that is more suitable for heat dissipation of high-power equipment and effectively reduces the energy consumption of computer rooms.Through the actual measurement and laboratory test of the computer room,the actual effect of the cabinet-level refrigeration scheme is verified,and the temperature-power function that can predict the application efect of the cabinet mechanism cooling system is given.
